Had Connors come to look at my boiler, Jake ,came was very great to work with. Went threw everything with me. When I called I didn't expect next day service in January when it's so cold. But came within 24 hours of me calling, worked with me with my work schedule. I was referred by a co -worker sure glad he sent me to Connors, I now have a service plan also. I'm glad I have someone I can trust to do my repairs. And office gal was fantastic to deal with. I'm sorry I just don't remember her name.. thanks for the great service, very much appreciated.

Exceptional from start to finish. My heat went out, I have a boiler. Connors recognized the immediate need for help and had a technician (Marko) out same day. Marko identified the issue, had transparent pricing, and remedied the issue. I am very grateful and happily signed up for their service partner contract. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Had a furnace issue with heat and the technician Corey arrived within an hour after calling the company. He solved the issue within an hour and explained the situation very well. Now the furnace is good to face the winter. Very reasonable price for repair, and I even signed up their membership program (optional) for future free annual checkups and discounts, and I thought the membership price of $13 per month is more than reasonable in my opinion. Highly recommend!

If they had more stars, they would deserve that!! Corey and Brady were the nicest guys!! They even loved my naughty dog who wanted to help them!! They went thru a couple of issues we need to be more proactive on. Checked over a toilet my husband fixed, and it actually was good!!
